Arjuna tem dedicado muito tempo da sua vida ao ensino do Yoga, tendo aprofundado a sua prática e conhecimentos ao longo dos tempos. Pasó por varios centros de Yoga Sivananda en Europa (Londres, París, Madrid y Lisboa), y se formó en cursos de yoga para profesores de yoga, en Londres.
Arjuna se dedica a la práctica y enseñanza del Yoga Sivananda desde 2005, habiendo profundizado en su conocimiento y práctica a lo largo de los años. Arjuna ha estado en varios centros de Yoga Sivananda en Europa (Londres, París, Madrid y Lisboa) y ha pensado cursos de formación de profesores de yoga en Londres. Durante muchos años, ha dado clases en su Centro de Yoga en Anjos, Lisboa. En 2020, Arjuna se trasladó a Vila Franca de Xira (un poco fuera de la ciudad, a 5 min del centro) donde está reconstruyendo su centro de yoga, rodeado de árboles, ovejas y sus 2 compañeros peludos: ¡sus perros!
